Review by Decky Hicks Doughty
The nose is very pear forward. There's also a creamy vanilla note and a touch of sweet brioche. A round and sweet palate. The pear from the nose mixes with a big hit of Licorice. Caramelised ginger towards the back end. The finish is short but the ginger from the palate lingers for a time. Suggestions of currants. Overall, easy going but with a few interesting notes that keep it from being boring. Worth a try.
