This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) This one is very sharp and I left it to rest for 30 minutes which only reduced the sharpness a bit. A drop of water and another 15 minutes of rest took the top of the sharpness and released more flavours. Price to quality not so good though.
