Bologne La Coulisse 2019
People who've tried this white agricole keep coming back surprised — several taste grape and a still-champagne quality alongside the expected sugarcane, grass and citrus. It's a 100% black cane parcel bottling from Bologne, and the pepper the distillery is known for shows up too. At 60% it stays rounder and softer than the proof suggests, with the heat arriving late on a long, warming finish.

17.08.2025 Received a box of white/unaged samples yesterday with many new, but also rums I have tried before. Today i started with some of the ones that I have tried before and this one is a bit better than I recall so it got a few more points. This is still a pretty good rum and I really like it. ================= This was a very nice surprise. When opening the bottle you get a very fresh and fruity note right away. Very fruity with cane from nose to finish. I love the balance of the fruit and spices and there is a faint floral note in there as well. Lovely white rum.

A great white man!surprised me!

Incredibly exciting black cane. Crisp, juniper, sugar cane and yellow fruit.
