Curious drinkers who want something odd and un-Caribbean will find plenty here. This young Danish rum leans dry and spicy: heavy baking-spice with an unusual cumin note, dark and dried fruit, cigar smoke and an earthy, peppery body. One taster said it "drinks like a 151" and numbs the tongue. Distinctive and a bit challenging — several found the finish sharp and slightly bitter.

Considering the price tag on this bottle you get a pretty good rum. Warm and spicy with some wood, fruit and spices. Slightly bitter on the finish but nothing that disturbs the overall impression.

Pick me up somehow not particularly, on the one hand very fruity, spicy and funky, on the other hand everything does not seem particularly harmonious and especially the finish is quite alcoholic spicy and also somewhat bitter and astringent with a rather exhausting acidity.

Unmistakably young, but already very balanced in an exciting way. The fresh fruit notes meet creamy-sweet milk, subtle wood and vanilla, soft chocolate and pastry, and some spiciness. Independent in a positive sense, but not a revelation.

Denmark, a rum country unknown to me and the rum surprises me immediately. On the nose especially dark and dried fruits and some spices (caraway?), plus a hint of orange and some menthol. On the palate then the full load of spice and notes of dark berries. Overall the dark taste impression dominates through wood, smoke and an earthy note. The finish finally comes spicy and dry. Again something different, not a highlight, but still quite exciting.

Nose: spicy, slightly fruity. The first thing I notice is a strong note of baking spices with a clear hint of caraway. Then something artificially soapy in the direction of dishwashing liquid with lemon balm. At the end I still have something smoky, pipe tobacco. But also something fruity that I can't quite put my finger on (possibly cherry). Palate: oh, surprisingly spicy, almost smoky with lots of cigar. Bitter notes of lime zest. Nutmeg with vanilla. I think it even goes in the direction of pepperoni. Green leaves are added in the finish. Something different, quite unique.

Has a lot of Agricole character. The smell was very interesting at first because it had a caraway note. But unfortunately, the taste wasn’t really my thing.
