Well, also quite okay this rum. Tastes and smells a bit like coffee and caramel. But somehow has a weird taste that lingers on the palate. Quite okay, nothing more, so it doesn't reach 7.0 :)

Good rum, presenting at first impression a strong alcoholic taste before having all the woody, caramelized flavors in the mouth. Drinks and tastes very well.

I use this rum for baking chocolate rum raisin cake. Put the raisins into the rum in a sealed container, leave for 2 days and add everything to your dark chocolate cake dough.
