one of 60 bottles, definitely different from other Belize rums I've had so far! exciting! when pouring the 2nd glass, the berry-fruity notes become more apparent, while the spices dominate at the beginning. very exciting overall, very round & drinkable but also one of the few Spanish rums with a nice complexity! 👌🏽🇧🇿 is incredibly good in an El Rey cocktail!

#7276 11.09.2026 Relaxing after a good week and also preparing for tomorrows 20 km speedhike (at least for me) in Middelfart. Listening to some cool Goa Trance on Spotify while packing and readying my gear. Very nice Belice with a decent price tag at release in my mind. Sweet profile with fruits, spice, roasted wood, tannins, caramel and a warm palate.
