Once again a rum from Alex's Cadenhead split. Although I find this one a little thin again, it still doesn't seem watery. You really have to pay respect to this series. You have to admit that it tastes really good again.

Tropical fruits and fresh fruits with a woody touch, sweetness, vegetal and varnished old wood. An acqueous start on the palate, followed by a taste of sawdust, wood and fresh tropical fruit. The finish is very short, with almost all the aromas disappearing fairly quickly. Some fruit and wood remain. A rum that I find disappointing.

Exceptional thanks to mint notes on the palate and in the finish. Pleasant sweetness, wood, spices, cooling depth thanks to the aforementioned mint aroma - interesting and for me one of the better releases among the 46% Green Label Guyanas from Cadenhead.

For me, the best of the Green Label Guyana series. Very round profile with tropical fruits and slightly herbal notes. Nicely integrated alcohol. The only thing is that the finish is not particularly long.

Shows a classic Demerara profile with dark sugar, molasses and vanilla on the nose, accompanied by some wood and spice. On the palate sweetish, slightly dry with notes of toffee, caramel and a hint of tobacco, but the alcohol feels edgy and not perfectly integrated. The finish is medium-long, warm and somewhat bitter. Overall a decent but unspectacular Demerara lacking depth and finesse.

Alas a final hooray for the green label Demerara, typical pm nose that makes fun to sniff. On the palate a nice mix of bitter citrus and minty freshness. Ends up as a nice blood orange. This is what I would have expected for all of them
