A very round, balanced Agricole. Dominated by a perfect wood maturity. Very serious and solid. A little water brings out a wonderful orange note. Complexity is not its strength, the alcohol is perfectly integrated.

An atypical and pleasant Trois Rivières profile. You find an agricole nose edged with spices, wood, caramel and sugarcane with slightly fruity and floral notes, as well as a touch of solvents that raise the level. The spices take over on the palate with pepper, chili and ginger, before giving way to some notes of sugarcane, wood and vegetal freshness. The finish is medium long and dominated by spices, a touch of cognac and notes of coffee, cocoa and chocolate blending with a certain freshness. The alcohol is well integrated. A complete and balanced rum that differs from the more classic profiles of the distillery.

Very beautiful rum. The nose is super charming, all candied fruits and softness. The Cognac cask did its job well! I'm a little less seduced by the palate, nice but more marked by the peppery wood.

I'd say the price tag is pretty OK on this release. A fruity and intense rum with nice mix of spices. I like the there is a difference between the nose and palate, not a lot but enough to surprise you. The empty glass is really nice and I get light coffee and chocolate notes.

Incredibly delicious and unusual trois Rivieres. Tropical fruit, dark chocolate, cognac influence and some mint, as well as vanilla and some ginger jelly. Really nice part! The first trois Rivieres I think the me fully convinced.

Martinique on the nose and palate, that's a pleasure :) Profile with a nice woodiness but a touch of exotic fruit like mango lychee. You can perceive the cane and some citrus but all of it is really candied. Nice balance. Rather woody finish. Only downside: the aftertaste is quite drying.

On the nose tobacco, toasted sugar, glue and underripe fruit. On the palate it is a bit rough with notes of solvents, tobacco, roasted, bitter cocoa, underripe red fruits, forest and spices (pepper and cinnamon), on the finish we find toasted hazelnuts and a bit of acidity similar to some Depaz. In the empty glass roasted and toasted. An excellent agricole, thanks Simon! The rating swings between 8.8 and 8.9.

Powerful agricole rum, notes of wood, spices and Cognac. A concentrated nose very focused on alcohol. The rest takes us to beautiful notes of sugar, coffee and at the end, a very pleasant leather. A little too spicy for my taste, the alcohol lacks integration.
