19.11.2011 This is a tasting i got as a bitthday present and it was held on my birthday. This happened shortly after I had to flee China with my son. My notes on this release. Roasted wood and earthy notes as well as dried fruit. Needs to rest for a good while before accessible. Oily and warm on the palate with some added Orange and chocolate. Long finish with a herbal touch, raisin and chocolate. Alcohol could have been better integrated.

Schwere Süsse und ausdrucksstarke Bitterkeit. Am Gaumen mit präsenter Notiz von Lakritz, Karamell, Holznoten, Trockenfrüchte, Gewürze. Nicht ohne Eleganz, dennoch fehlt mir abschliessend die Balance.

... Enmore - drive destilerka, nyni uz jen funkcni destilacni zarizeni. Patrne jedine drevene destilacni zarizeni na svete, ktere se tesi velke oblibe. Rumy Enmore totiz maji prichut popelu, kuze, tezkeho dreva, coz nadchne zejmena milovniky nakourenych whisky. A pokud tradicnim Guyanskym zpusobem prida vyrobce do rumu trochu melasy, mate v lahvi unikatni velmi vyrazny a tezky rum. Jeden z mych oblibenych.
