Nose: light, kiwi and gooseberries, white wine, freshly mown meadow, barrel and citrus fruits in the background, alcohol not noticeable, I have no clear idea, possibly a low ester Long Pond, I think there were some from Rest & be thankful. Palate: in addition to known notes, more spice and grappa come in, alcohol about 54%, I am quite sure it is a pot still Jamaica rum, wavering between low ester Long Pond and Clarendon. Finish: long, drying, floral. Very good light rum, curious what it is. If I had to decide, I'd say Long Pond LSO.

Easy sipping long pond.

Tasted together with DomM in the Flower of Hawaii. Basically a nice bottling that brings a lovely creaminess to the palate, which is quite pleasing. If this had been cask strength, it would have had more to offer.
