Whisky'n'More Hattingen March 2026. This Grays is already better. A matured rum made from sugarcane juice. It's slightly sweet, offering butterscotch, creamy toffee, and honey. Otherwise, also a bit woody and spicy.

The Mauricia Signature rum is quite easy to taste. The nose, very buttery caramel, also presents dried fruit notes. On the palate, you find the notes of soft caramel and dried fruits. The medium to short finish offers, in addition to dried fruits, nice spicy notes.

A very complex, gourmand nose, almost too much so, but an explosion of aroma due to ageing in bourbon barrels and a finish in cognac barrels. Very rum-like on the palate, much less "sweet" than the nose might suggest. Good presence, remains very present on the palate despite the 45 degrees! Medium alcohol finish.
