Grassy sugarcane and fresh lemon lead the nose, with pear, melon and a floral lift behind them — a very typical unaged agricole from Tahiti. At 59.9% the alcohol is well integrated; a few tasters even sip it neat, though most reach for it in a Ti' Punch or daiquiri. The palate splits people: some love the fruit, others find it more herbal-spicy than fruity. Long finish for a white rum.

Great Agricole, expected worse at that ABV. Definitely a pretty typical example of unaged Agricoles. Very vegetal, fresh and floral, sugarcane and citrus fruits are noticeable.

#4063 With the price tag this rum had i thought it a mixer rum, but you can actually enjoy it as a sipper as well. Fruity and floral and it has a nice balance. I wonder what would happen if lemon cest was added 😊 Lightly dry on the palate and the empty glass has licorice notes.

Tasting at Rhum Fest Paris 2025. 👃 & 😋 Reveals a very vegetal, herbaceous, fresh agricultural typicity, based on endemic sugarcane boosted with citrus (lemons) and orchard fruits (pear, sour cherry). The fruitiness swings between dry (forward) and candied (back). Intensity of aromas, richness and warmth on the palate, a slight pastry and aniseed note. ⛳ Medium to long, still on this earthy, vegetal, fresh cane. Some notes of fruit tree flowers with their fruits in a basket. 💡 A very nice white from Polynesia that well represents island know-how.

I really like the nose which, beyond the herbal side, sugarcane and lemon, also has fruits like pear, melon, or passion fruit. The palate is less pleasant for me, the mix of aromas is not to my taste. I admit that the 59.9° is well integrated but I don't get the little kick I was expecting. The finish, however, is long for a white rum.
