Un très bon souvenir des années 2000, je le préférais largement à la canne bleue du moment. Mais je ne buvais les blancs qu'en tipunch, je pense que c'était mon tout premier blanc "premium", mon premier coup de coeur. Je suis donc resté frustré depuis qu'il a disparu et que la canne bleue a continué le chemin que l'on sait. Pas plus de détails dans ma mémoire.... Je l'ai retrouvée, cette bouteille magnifique, malgré le prix je n'ai pas résisté à la curiosité de l'évaluer maintenant que je ne bois les blancs que secs. Assez déçu sur la qualité sec, mais content de pouvoir me confronter à mes souvenirs, alors je le regouterai en tipunch pour savoir si les souvenirs reviennent davantage. Nez : assez fermé, un peu terreux. Après 15 bonnes minutes il s'ouvre un peu sur les agrumes, citron, ce qui le rend un peu + frais. Bouche: un peu terreuse , ensuite l'alcool. Longueur courte, sur la veille canne. Pas dingue mais agréable quand on a la nostalgie, en attendant la dégustation en tipunch. Edit, regouté en aveugle à la maison et je monte la note de 6.8 à 7.8, la déception du souvenir en moins, certainement ! Nez: intéressant, bon, de l'agrume de type citron. Bouche : grasse ! Presque réglisse plutôt que terre Longueur courte toujours
