Savanna Collection Grand Arôme Chai Humide 2007
Almost everyone here puts this near the top of Savanna's Grand Arôme line, and a few even call it the best Chai Humide yet. Expect a flood of overripe pineapple, mango, strawberry and cherry, with esters, vinegar tang and an olive-brine edge from the wet warehouse. The fruit can read a little synthetic, like candy, and one taster found it "too straightforward." At 59.1% the alcohol stays remarkably tucked away.

Le nez est très élégant sur la vanille, le cuir, les épices (cumin …) et bien évidemment les esters de longues fermentations. En bouche, c’est équilibré et dosé à la perfection. Un dosage tout en finesse d’épices, de fruits sur mûris et de fraicheur mentholée. L’olive, du bois humide (tient tiens est-ce le chai humide qui donne cette sensation) et du miel rendent ce millésime excellent ! La finale est gourmande et longue voir interminable sur la réglisse et la cerise acide.

crass. I like even better than the 8y chai humide.incredibly complex and intense!ester, honey, toffee, confectionery and mango, pineapple with cherry and strawberry in the nose. taste then the mega explosion of toffee, mango, pineapple and peach-cherry iced tea and incredibly delicious.in the finish then comes a brilliant mint note, tree resin, light barrel notes and from the esters towards hubba bubba cherry. very very cool!🤤

Les esters en quantité et en qualité qui offre pourtant un équilibre parfait pour une finesse incroyable. Évidemment de l'olive subtil mais surtout sur les fruits tropicaux ! Quelle gourmandise incroyable. La finale infinie sur la réglisse. C'est impressionnant. Difficile de faire mieux du côté des grands arômes. Avec ce "Chai Humide" on tutoie ici la perfection pour le grand plaisir de nos papilles. La Réunion avec cette bouteille est ici au sommet du grand arômes sans avoir à jalouser les grands de Jamaïque ou du Guyana Sur mon podium perso...

Il s'agit tout simplement de l'un des meilleurs savanna grand arôme. Sa complexité, son parfait équilibre entre alcool et intensité aromatique font de lui un grand classique très difficile à trouver aujourd'hui.

Une petite merveille. On sent bien l’influence du chai humide, la saumure est parfaite, un trame très fruité sur les fruits à chair jaune, note agrumé, Quasi aucune amertume, astringence maîtrisé. La bouteille est vide à plus de la moitié donc il eu le temps de s’oxider, l’alcool est divinement intégré. Petite note légèrement empyreumatique sur le verre vide Un petit bonbon d’équilibre.

Wunderbar ausgewogener und komplexer Savanna. Die Grand Arome Richtung ist natürlich vorhanden, jedoch nicht so extrem wie beispielsweise Thunderstruck. Alkohol und Ester sind gut und rund intergriert.

Klar Grand Arome! Fruchtessig, Ester, fast ein bisschen Schweiß. Dazu Kirsche und Erdbeere, aber schon vergoren. Eine Honig-süße und leicht karamellisiertes schwingt mit. Würziges Richtung Vanillepulver und etwas herbes pflanzliches Richtung Olive kommen hinzu. Alles sehr interessant. Auch am Gaumen klar Grand Arome! Intensiv fruchtig, aber sehr künstlich. Etwas adstringent. Deutlich Erdbeere und Kirsche mit karamelligem Sahnebonbon. Vanille und etwas Zimt dazu und alles etwas getoastet. Im Abgang wird er zunehmend seifiger. Muss man mögen, aber dann ist er echt lecker.
