Funny but wierd, the sweet choco biscuit side in a blind tasting would have let me think about an aged rum.

Mhoba Pot Stilled High Ester Batch 2019 HE7 is a pure sugarcane juice rum from South Africa. It was fermented for 21 days, with sugarcane juice diluted to 30% with dunder. This dunder (vinasse in French) is a residue from previous distillations, which brings a lot of richness during fermentation. Distillation is done in a pot still, always aiming to maximize the power of the aromas.
