On the nose, clearly cinnamon and anise, as well as sweet figs! It comes across almost pleasantly warm. Taste-wise, rather disappointing! At first: nothing! Then a slight sweetness and gradually a light cinnamon flavor unfolds, overall somehow bland... The finish is relatively short with a slight bitter note!

A very nice round rum. Long to taste in the aftertaste. Goes very well with a good cigar.

A rather below-average rum, mostly cinnamon on the nose and palate. I can also smell some honey. On the palate, slight coffee and chocolate notes appear. Overall too sweet.
