A lovely scent of lime and cane which, after a little aeration, evolves into the scent of ti-punch. The palate is pleasantly supple, but the finish is dry. The finish is a little astringent with dried lemon zest.

12.09.2020 Nice evening with family and a few friends. Notes Transparent in colour. Nose Fresh, light, light vegetal, light olive, sugarcane, light tomato, floral. Palate Round, oily, fresh, light floral, naturally sweet, light salty, vegetal, faint mineral. Finish Medium to long, lightly dry, light floral, light floral, herbs, round.

Small disappointment for this white rum, from which I expected more. Not bad nonetheless

Clearly more (peppery) spice than the La Digue. On the nose a bit more fruity. Overall refreshingly different but pure remains for me the La Digue in front, for the Ti Punch are the different profiles of course class
