17.01.2021 Enjoying some samples at home. Colour Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, sweet, wood, dried fruit, light chocolate, faint caramel, light roasted. Palate Oily, wood, light roasted, naturally sweet, raisin, light caramel, faint chocolate, light spicy. Finish Medium to long, wood, dried fruit, light spicy, light caramel, faint chocolate, faint coffee. ABV is very well integrated.

Tasted in the Rum & Whisky bar in Kyoto: Very nice Versailles, still a bit on the wild side despite being 15 years old. I really enjoyed it.
