Kneipe Christiansen's Hamburg Dezember 2025. Venezuela hatten wir glaube ich schon :) Aber trotzdem ganz ok. Klar ist er einigermaßen süßlich, aber alles im Rahmen. Karamell und Toffee sind erkennbar. Nur der Alkohol stört etwas.

A pretty amber color, a light nose of caramel, a stewed apple/pear, all slightly woody. On the palate, you find a soft caramel, finely spiced for a smooth texture. Light, too much for me 😉. But to introduce a molasses rum, it's acceptable. The finish is short and simple.
