Unbelievable how good it is for only three years of aging!

On the nose, it smells like grenadine, blackcurrant/cherry syrup. It's leaning heavily on red fruits with a mocha after-nose. On the palate, the fruits remain but a spicy side appears and mixes in a bit. A certain woodiness also incorporates. The palate is much more alcoholic than the nose but it's a well-integrated alcohol. The finish stays on these red fruit notes with a slight touch.

Raisins, vanilla and almonds on the nose. All found again on the palate, with oak, sweet honey, fruit,... What a body, complexity and intensity. Super well integrated alcohol. A magnificent rum, especially considering the age.

A great young rum, super fruity, the alcohol has settled in very nicely. The cherries 🍒 on the nose and palate are really amazing. Even the empty glass immediately makes you want more.
