Au nez, ça sent la grenadine, le sirop de cassis / cerise. C’est bien penché sur les fruits rouges avec un arrière nez de Moka. En bouche, on garde les fruits mais un côté épicé apparaît et vient un peu s’y mélanger. Un certain boisé s’incorpore également. La bouche est bien plus alcoolique que le nez mais c’est un alcool bien intégré. La finale reste sur ces notes de fruits rouges avec un léger.

Rosinen, Vanille und Mandeln in der Nase. Alles am Gaumen auch wieder zu finden, mit Eiche, süßer Honig, Frucht, ... Was für ein Körper, Komplexität und Intensität. Super eingebundener Alkohol. Ein grandioser Rum, vorallem in Anbetracht des Alters.

Ein toller junger Rum, super Fruchtig, der Alkohol hat sich sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Kirschen 🍒 in der Nase und am Gaumen sind echt der Hammer. Auch das leere Glas macht direkt Lust auf mehr.
