Voici un rhum que j’ai apprécié dans sa globalité. Pour son prix, c’est un rhum aux belles notes fruitées, simple à boire. Pas de prise de tête, un rhum parfait après une journée de travail difficile, pour se détendre et se changer les idées.

"Vraiment top, le meilleur Ricci de cette gamme influences ? fruit sec et confit, un peu de sucre, rien à redire c’est vraiment mon type ! En resume, mes notes de degutation : Au nez : Viennoiseries, Eau-de-vie de fruits, Agrumes, Sucre Demerara En bouche : Agrumes, Fruits jaunes, Épicé, Toasté, Sucre Demerara, Fruits secs La finale plutot orientee vers : Fruits tropicaux, Clou de girofle"

Très joli assemblage, me plaît beaucoup malgré la réduction importante. Un nez très cool, sur les fruits tropicaux et les épices. Bouche assez ample avec une belle sucrosité. Après aeration de la bouteille, une note de poire assez marquée en bouche. Finale moyenne. Vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix !

#4943 Whisky Live in Paris 27.09.2024-30.09.2024. Another great event meeting a lot of RumX new and old friends. This year three weren't as many new releases as in 2023, but I still had a great time. Nose Light, sweet, faint wood, light roasted, faint plum, light marzipan, dried fruits, faint medicinal. Palate Light, sweet, light cherry, light wood, faint smoke, fruity, light vegetal, faint mint, faint marzipan, light citrus. Finish Medium to long, light wood, fruits, light apricot, faint marzipan, light vegetal, faint medicinal.

Au nez c est plutôt fruité, la pomme verte m'aiguille vers Worthy park , de l abricot sec pour rappeler l Australie, et un épicé cardamome .Nez assez alcoolique . Une certaine astringence le rend assez difficile à appréhender en bouche, puis un fruité eau de vie de poire, du fruit jaune , un peu de caramélisé. Finale acidulée, léger fruits tropicaux, un peu de caramel.

Un rhum d’assemblage entre la Jamaïque (sûrement Worthy Park) et l’Australie (Beenleigh), qui se veut simple, doux et facile à boire. Le nez est ce qu’il y a de plus évolué ici, avec des fruits exotiques bien mûrs (banane) et des agrumes, un peu de phénols, des notes pâtissières qui tirent sur le sucre Demerara, un peu d’épices, d’influence du fût et de notes florales. Il y a un peu de tout et c’est agréable pour les narines. Le palais est un peu plus limité. Les fruits transpercent le palais avec les fruits jaunes, secs, le coco et les agrumes, le tout saupoudré de vanille, de notes toastées, épicées et caramélisées. La rondeur règne et le profil se bloque dessus, limitant ainsi son potentiel. Quelques degrés supplémentaires auraient pu faire un peu la différence sur ce profil où Worthy Park mène et Beenleigh devient totalement transparent. La finale est sur la même lignée : fruitée, épicée, caramélisée, douce comme une crème brûlée et avec un soupçon de tabac en prime. Famille Ricci propose donc une cuvée accessible, qui permettra aux personnes réticentes face aux profils plus lourds de découvrir quelque chose de nouveau.
