Went into this one with low expectations as I unscrewed the top. What a pleasant surprise! Nice oak flavoring, and a sweetness I can’t quite place. Little afterburn, and a bit better straight than mixed. Looking forward to trying the Limitada.

Sample no.6 of the 24 days of rum calendar 2022. Sweet on the nose with caramel and dried fruits. Palate has notes of coconut, vanilla and the sweet caramel. Mild and a nice sipping rum in the spanish style.

Dunkels Toffee und Kokosnuss dominant in der Nase. Kokosnuss dominiert, etwas Vanille, sehr mild mit gutem Abgang, die Nuss bleibt.

Not my cup of rum. Very vague both on 👃 as well as 👅. In both cases there is vanilla, caramel, hints of coffee and burnt sugar and an alcoholic odour/taste which is quite unpleasant. It feels heavily diluted and thin. The finish is short to non existent. I do not recommend this rum but I am glad I could taste it but thats where it ends.
