Really great agricole rum for the price (15€ for a liter in Spain). Really smooth with well integrated flavours (sugarcane, citrus, grass and tropical fruits) and balanced sweetness. This makes it a perfect agricole rum for beginners. Works perfect for all kind of cocktails. The only thing that I missed is a bit more punch, that's why Im looking forward to try the 50°&55° versions. Anyways, can't complain

We had a go at several HSE today and I'm a bit tipsy from it.

Bought this rum in Costa del Sol, Spain for use in Ti’Punch. This AOC Agricole is produced at the Simon distillery in Martinique in their creole column. The nose is sweet and oily with scents of sugarcane, lemon and white pepper. The palate is in line with the nose with increased flavors compared to the scents. The finish is medium long. Overall a too thin rum with too low ABV for my taste, but it works well in a Ti’Punch and probably also in other cocktails.
