A balanced Sajous with no false tastes. But I don't feel the influence of the Caroni cask, neither on the nose nor on the palate. Still, a fine clairin, although I'm not a big fan of this kind of profile.

Je ne sais pas trop si j’apprécie ou pas, c’est tellement loin de ce que je m’imaginais… le Clairin, son olive et sa saumure ont disparut, le Caroni ne ressort pas. A la place on a un jus fruitée bien gras et beurré qui pourrait me faire penser à un jeune jamaïcain en fut neuf.. pas mauvais mais assez déçu.
