Tasting this rum was a lot of fun. Excellent agricultural well balanced with a slight roastiness. You can feel the barreliness and vanilla all slightly peppery. Tropical fruits dominate especially on the finish where banana and grapes take over, very marginally instead tobacco/cigar and roastiness that will fade quickly. Not knowing uitvlug rums I couldn't tell how much this cask affected. Truly pleasant with many nuances!

Hodně ovocná vůně, vyloženě voňavka. Možná i cítím náznak finiše z Guyany. V chuti hodně zajímavá kombinace ovoce a travnatých tónů zalitých karamelem. Dřív jsem si toho nevšiml, ale teď tam z toho ten sud po Guyanském rumu cítím dost. Povedený staření Haiti

Complex, young, fresh, can punch 🥊 you Sour, wood spices, fermented fruits, dry Long finish, really feel this Casimir profile, cask doesn’t hide it.
