The kind of bottle I should have never filled
all the flavors of ti punch revealed
Firstly on the nose there’s, grassy notes, earthy, veg like broccoli, a nice touch of alcoholic spice but nothing like ethanol, and lovely freshness . The taste starts with a nice pepper with a delicate citrus than the pepper fades into a sweet bitter dry sherry with vegetal notes running all the way through also it holds a very velvety texture and complex palette. The finish is short, dry with citrus with a very strong savoury taste. Overall an exceptional acricole rhum the price is ~£40 which is abit steep but for the flavour you get it’s so worth it, and if you like sherry this is perfect because it has such a strong taste of them sherry notes but with out all the sugar. A delightful 8.6/10
Very good. Not the most dynamic but very enjoyable vegetal nose and taste, olive and grass in particular. Hot on the palate with a touch of smokiness and black pepper coming through on the finish. Excellent value.
