Pas le meilleur Single Cask de chez TR. L’alcool est moins bien intégré que chez ses grands frères. Des fruits tropicaux et du solvant nez, remplacé par le boisé en bouche. Pour 75€ je préfère d’autres options.

Gouté très (trop) rapidement en fin de rhumfest. Bel Agricole. Mais finir sur un produit à 42% en fin de journée en 3 minutes ce n'est certainement pas la meilleure manière de l'apprecier. Il m'a paru un peu court en bouche mais il faut clairement relativiser cette impression.

17.01.2021 Enjoying some samples at home. Colour Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, faint polish, orange, light honey, light vegetal, light dried fruit. Palate Round, fresh, light wood, light spicy, faint roasted, light grass, light honey, light orange, light floral. Finish Medium long, round, fresh, fruits, light orange, light wood, light floral, light spicy, light grass.

The nose is still promising, citrus fruits and the typical Agricole notes. The palate is then disappointing, quite thin and then somehow gone very quickly, with a very short finish. Fortunately only a sample.

I didn’t take any notes at the Rhum Fest so a more detailed review will follow as soon as I get the chance to sample this rum again in a better context.
