Goûté après le blanc qui contient un petit morceau de canne dans la bouteille . Le nez et bouche sont très doux, boisé léger pour un XO , du caramel au beurre, vanille, toffee , canne,un peu de poivre et sel, plus végétal/en fin de bouche. Pour moi manque un peu de complexité , je le goûterais bien moins réduit en alcool. Ça reste un un rhum de qualité accessible à un large public.

Nez sur la canne fraîche. En bouche on ne penserait pas à un XO. Cela fait beaucoup plus jeune. Très déçu !
