Fair rating: a bit of history again in the glass. The most distinctive aroma was definitely the Maggi note, accompanied by other spices. Dried fruits present, but like the sweetness in the background.

18.11.1995 Sorry if I'm spamming with old tastings, but I'm using it to try and reduce my stress. Work has been really busy lately 😊 I had a 6 week trip around Asia around my 30th birthday. This trip included Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. During this trip I met a lot of amazing locals that set me up with the spots to get decent rum. Now for this bar I'm not sure about the address of this tasting because they have two but I've been to both. Notes. Medium to dark in colour. Nose: wood, licorice, caramel, dried fruit. Palate: warm, wood, cherry, coffee, licorice. Finish: short, dry, licorice, wood, cherry.

Taken from GRF and tried calmly. Dry fruits, alcohol and subtle sweetness on the nose. On the palate light caramel candies and wood. Alcohol very present despite the low ABV. 50 years old, a bit of history but nothing special.
