The nose is the part I liked the most, very cane and syrupy at first, evolving towards vegetal, artichoke, then a hint of iodine. Like the nose, the palate starts rich and cane-like. Then it becomes sharper with peppery notes, I get an earthy side with a mushroom scent. The finish is numbed and sweet without any strong dominance.
