Petite distillerie découverte au salon de l agriculture, qui travaille avec la canne à sucre et aussi des fruits de la réunion. La canne utilisée pour cette bouteille est la rose. En dégustation ce rhum est bien équilibré sur les fruits,iode ,minéra, herbe et canne. le tout dans une certaine rondeur.j ai eu la chance de goûter la version vieillie en emphore, une merveille !

Ça ressemble à du Grand arôme, ça ressemble aussi un peu à du Clairin. C'est végétal, ça sent bon la canne à sucre. Très bon rhum blanc agricole.
