Un mélange de cannes plutôt agréable. On y retrouve directement une belle gourmandise (Noix grasse / Confit / Pâtissier (brioche) / Mielleux), des epices douces (Cannelle / Vanille / Poivre vert), les cannes confites des différents pays sont toutes là pour nous envoyer leurs sucre juste cuit, leurs fruits (Mangue / Ananas / Pruneaux), une très belle fraîcheur (Réglisse / Agrumes). On sent que l'on est au plus proche de la canne avec un jolie côté végétale (Bois vert / Sève) et floral qui penche vers l'huile essentielle de lavande. Un pur jus qui change et qui sort l'ordinaire, plutôt sympa !

Très gourmand (voir sucré dans le ressenti) au nez, ce rhum offre une palette intéressante assez peu commune basé sur une canne à sucre gourmande et un côté floral assez peu commun.
