At the price this rum comes at it's a really decent rum actually. The nose is heavy with spices and a touch of fruits and nuts. The palate is sweet with spices and frimuity followed by a gentle touch of oak, caramel and chocolate. The finish is medium long and sweet with spices. A very good beginners rum that I usually bring to tastings for beginners and it's usually a hit.

Vanilla on the nose, a bit of wood, a bit of fruit. On the palate vanilla and very very sweet! A bit of spice but very one-dimensional. Very short finish. Okay for beginners and with the price-performance ratio.

Entry-level spirit, very sweet & very dark (rather due to added coloring). For me, it was a sweet rum that initially excited me when I started with rum, as it also has nice rum notes as you imagine as a beginner. Nowadays, it is unfortunately way too sweet for me, probably just a spirit drink.

A slightly alcoholic smell, fruity, a bit like glue, later more sweetness comes through. Quite a pleasant aroma. The taste is pleasantly sweet, somewhat like honey and syrup. The finish is quite long, sweetish and oily. A pleasant, fairly sweet rum.

Åh, denne fadlagrede rom med chokolade og alkohol? En lidt forvirret, men ret sjov smagsfest – som en klodset blind date, der alligevel ender med latter! Første slurk? BÅM! Den rå alkoholen stormer ind som en ivrig valp, lidt for hård i bidet, men fyldt med energi. Chokoladen tripper usikkert efter – sød og klæbrig, ikke super-cremig, men sød som en godnathistorie. Fadkarakteren dukker op med vanilje-vibes, træ og kanel, men de kæmper lidt for pladsen i kaosset. Smagen flipper: bitter spark, sødt hop, eftersmag der griner “hej igen!” – ikke perfekt harmoni, men underholdende rod! Fed til en sjov aften, men ikke hverdag.
