This is one of the oldest rums I have tasted where I also brought home a bottle after the tasting. 51 years of age, wow. The nose is fruity and typical Dictador with fruit, vanilla and caramel. In the back there is wonderful coffee and oak. The palate is medium complex, sweet and creamy with fruit, vanilla and coffee. In the back i get caramel and oak. The finish is medium long, sweet and fruity with spices and a hint of oak.

Schön ausgewogene Baumnuss Aromatik mit leicht süsslichen Kaffee, Röst und Holz Nuancen. Sehr Rund und fein im Gaumen. Mittellanger Abgang. Einfach schön!
