Suppleness par excellence. Alcohol very well integrated. Complex flavor. Not as stunning as the other Bellevue but very fine. Complex character and top balanced.

This is a great rum, especially when considering the price tag when it was released. The nose is a nice mix of banana, olive, tobacco, menthol, licorice and wood once it has rested. If you add water the flavours will be even more clear. The palate is fruity and lightly salty with wood and licorice trailed by mint, licorice and olive. The finish is long and lightly salty with fruits, wood and a bit of honey in the back.

The remarkable elegance of the nose, red fruits, olive, menthol, prunes, notes of gum that could almost remind me of Scottish peat. Wow. On the palate, between the roundness of fruits, yellow fruits, the acidity of a little cola, notes of menthol, noble wood. It's a caress, complex, smooth, and insanely long. Almost too easy to drink, you have to be careful with this kind of bottle, it's too precious, but without paying attention I think it evaporates over the course of an evening.

After a few minutes of airing one could mistake it for another tdl well mentholated, very medicinal, a nose I really like, Alcohol very well integrated, it’s round and spicy, really a success.
