Pour ma part, durant ces vacances c’était un rum Plantation Single Cask 2018 Barbados XO finish Banyuls. Rhum de WIRD aux Barbades et vieillis 1 an dans un fût de Banyuls (vin doux du sud de la France). Notes de cacao, cerises, bananes et noisettes. C’est bon et c’est un embouteillage exclusif provenant de The Source (magasins de spiritueux à Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont).
