15.01.2021 A nice tasting held by my former employer at their main office. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, floral, clove, plum, dried fruit, spices. Palate Round, wood, faint smoke, dried fruit, naturally sweet, cinnamon, banana, faint chocolate. Finish Medium to long, wood, light roasted, dried fruit, light chocolate, cinnamon.

Another Savalle's rum from Diamond. More on the chocolatey and Capuccino side than the Moon Import. Much rounder too but less complex, spicy and balanced despite the higher abv, this one being cask strength (much sauced?).
