Another Limitada to join in and it does so pretty well. Though sweet it's not super sweet on your palate. Though this is a solera method rum, blended from rums aging from 6 to 24 years, they came out with a very decent rum.

Not as intense and aromatic as the Reserva Limitada 2014, but a worthy representative of the Limitada range. Apricot, vanilla, appropriate sweetness, and fine nuttiness.

Nice sipper with cigar

Nose: Caramel, toffee, chocolate vanilla but also anise. Palate: sweet, mild, roasted vanilla and subtle fruit aromas. Finish: slightly bitter, coffee and dark chocolate. Conclusion: Harmonious, mild rum with roasted aromas and notes of coffee with light fruitiness. Taste-wise, indistinguishable from the 2014 Limitada in a blind tasting. However, I have to pass at this price.
