Tagesausflug Baltrum September 2024 Ein Clement Rare Cask Collection (Non Plus Ultra) (Sample von Saibot Ztar). Eine Granate. Nase wirkt für mich eher süßlich, Vanille, Nougat und Schokolade. Am Gaumen dann würzig und vollmundig mit einem Hauch Vanille. Wow...

Herausragender Rum vor allem aufgrund seiner Nase, die super rund ist. Was ihn von anderen Clement Rare Cask unterscheidet, ist der hohe Anteil von (Milch)Schokolade und Süßigkeiten. Gleichermaßen gut und fruchtig im Mund und Abgang. Sehr gut!

I think I perceive a slight ester note in addition to the dried fruit and spices.On the palate initially almost only wood but then also spice and dried fruit.The finish as expected with strong barrel influence but also sweetness and a nice interplay of flavors. All the stops are pulled out here! This is one of the most intense agricole rum that I have tried so far - but nothing for every day!

Der nächste Clement Rum. Wieder einmal unglaublich lecker und wirklich sehr intensiv und komplex im Geschmack. Dazu sehr ausgewogen in der Nase erkennt man direkt dunkle Schokolade. Wirklich ein sehr guter Rum.

Wow what a fantastic dram. I've had this in my collection for quite some time, but I'm only now opening it. Just as the cork comes off, my nose catches fruit and power, almost like the smell of a candy bag being opened. The taste is fantastically soft and oily on the tongue. I taste tropical fruit, wood and sense the tropical aging. an absolutely fantastic bottle according to my taste.

The nose is fruity with a hint of cola and backing spices. At first the taste is sweet the developes a citrus like acidity. The after taste is very floral and ends in a bitter note. Very well integrated alcohol. Amazing experience to explore this rum.
