Very very tasty cachaça - finished in port wine barrels. I really like it! Has something of liquid cinnamon rolls but without being particularly sweet. Nice spice, not too much wood, cachaça as a base still recognizable and simply an incredibly delicious sipping cachaça which is rather rare in this category. Could have just 2-3% more then it would be perfect. Still a very cool new discovery from GRF2021!

Read full review →So depending on how skilled you consider me to be you can take it that it maybe didn't have that much influence. That being said still a very pleasant spirit and nice to see some cachaca (even if its called rum) being brought onto the market by us Europeans.
