This (rum) liqueur is for me an essential ingredient in some cocktails because it brings a really exciting aroma between walnut and apricot and otherwise it is a tasty liqueur - but in my eyes it is not a rum - rather in the same league as Ferrand's Dry Curacao - which is also not a Cognac. And there is the problem that it is a bit overpriced for that. (I have not rated it here as a rum, but for what it brings me as a spirit itself)

The Gold Medal was good. But this 1 is disgusting. This sauternes finish is really strange & at all I don't know how I finished this sample......
