Open bottle. Shant Loosha... What else can be said about all this wonderful rum. A blend of continuous and pot still distillation. Lacquer. Musky. Olives. Wood. Intense. Banana. One of the best deals in terms of price and value. A fascinating introduction to the distillery's more complex profile. Nice work by the excise.

#4767 07.07.2024 Relaxing at home with a few samples. Nose Wood, light roasted, light citrus, faint smoke, dried fruit, light mint, banana, spice. Palate Warm, balanced, naturally sweet, wood, roasted, spice, light mint, light citrus, banana. Finish Medium to long, balanced, wood, , light citrus, raisin. The empty glass has some caramel and faint chocolate.

Good sip. Lots of wood and dark tones with light fruity notes. The alcohol is well integrated. Not too strong and not too little. Unfortunately, I lack the complexity to recommend it to others

Smoke and apricot on the nose. Some tangerine. Some tinniness in the mouth, oak. Light caramel. Pours dark golden. Finish is on the thin side. Some pepper in the mouth as well. This is good but perhaps not ideal for my taste. Sample thanks to xamsx.
