Ein fruchtiges und recht süßes Aroma, etwas nach Wein. Der Geschmack hat auch eine leichte Süße, fruchtig, etwas holzig.

A great showcase of inert-cask oxidative aging. While there’s not too much distillate influence, baked apple and dried grape on the nose give way to a very gentle palate indexing on the same notes. The finish is solid for the proof, and gives more of the cask than the fruit.

This one is also for a mixer in my mind. I think it would have been better with a higher ABV. Fruity and sweet rum.
