08.12.2025 Retasting and this is still not really me. I know that they can make pretty good releases with higher ABV and also single cask. -------------- This one is also for a mixer in my mind. I think it would have been better with a higher ABV. Fruity and sweet rum.

A fruity and quite sweet aroma, somewhat like wine. The taste also has a slight sweetness, fruity, somewhat woody.

A great showcase of inert-cask oxidative aging. While there’s not too much distillate influence, baked apple and dried grape on the nose give way to a very gentle palate indexing on the same notes. The finish is solid for the proof, and gives more of the cask than the fruit.
