Incredibly beautiful nose. Also exciting in taste but somehow slightly sour, sharp-edged and very tannic and bitter like coffee brewed too strong and hot. Still overall a very exciting rum from Nicaragua! I can well imagine that this is a bomb for cigar fans.... Very good value for money.

Very pleasant, not too sweet rum. Little fruit, nice spice, wood, roasted notes. Pleasantly soft and cuddly, sometimes a bit sharp-edged. Won't be my favorite rum but definitely drinkable.
