Sehr rund, sehr ausgewogen.
Ein schöner Agricole, der trotz seines niedrigen Alkoholgehalts niemals dünn oder wässrig erscheint. Im Mund ist es mir anfangs ein wenig zu sehr auf der holzig-säuerlichen Seite, was einen anhaltenden Drang zu kauen entstehen lässt, wodurch sich jedoch das Mundgefühl in eine sehr ansprechende, cremig-wächserne Richtung entwickelt. Leider kann der Abgang das ansonsten hohe Niveau dieses Rhums nicht ganz halten.
Schöner, alter Agricole, der für seinen geringen ABV wirklich intensiv daherkommt. Das Profil ist in Summe schon recht holzorientiert, dazu sehr schön abgerundet, aber nicht hochkomplex.

Palate Round, balanced, wood, medicinal, light grass, complex, light leather, light caramel, faint mint, spicy. Finish Medium to long, spicy, wood, light mint, grass, light leather, light caramel. The empty glass has some vegetal and floral notes. Price to quality is pretty good in my mind.
