Wood and citrus lead here — orange peel, grapefruit, a dry sugarcane edge — with a faint smoke note a couple of tasters didn't expect. It leans holzig and slightly tart up front, enough that one member kept chewing on it, but the mouthfeel turns creamy and waxy the longer you hold it. Impressive body for only 44.2%; the short finish is the one gripe.

#4698 12.04.2024 Relaxing after a very intense week at work. Nose Fresh, light medicinal, light wood, citrus, grass, light leather, faint caramel. Palate Round, balanced, wood, medicinal, light grass, complex, light leather, light caramel, faint mint, spicy. Finish Medium to long, spicy, wood, light mint, grass, light leather, light caramel. The empty glass has some vegetal and floral notes. Price to quality is pretty good in my mind.

A nice Clement. In my opinion, however, it has a few small flaws. It feels a bit sour and woody on the palate. The finish is, in my opinion, too short, which prevents a higher rating.

Great Clement. Nose very floral fruity peach orange peel cherry... Palate nice sweetness, floral, orange cherry peach light mint brown cane sugar and grapefruit. Very accessible and easy to drink due to the low alcohol content.

A nice Agricole that despite its low alcohol content never seems thin or watery. In the mouth, at first it's a bit too much on the woody-sour side for me, which creates a persistent urge to chew, but this develops the mouthfeel into a very appealing, creamy-waxy direction. Unfortunately, the finish cannot quite maintain the otherwise high level of this rum.

Nice, old Agricole that really comes across intense for its low ABV. The profile is overall quite wood-oriented, nicely rounded, but not highly complex.

For an Agricole rather soft, fruity notes and some wood. On the palate surprisingly a light smoky note appears first, mostly citrus among the fruit notes, but very nicely balanced and soft as in the smell. Finish medium to long.
