Il s'agit d'une mélasse de canne BIO venant du Brésil fermentée et distillée chez Dr Clyde. Le distillat est ensuite vieilli 4 mois en Fût de chêne avant d'être embouteillé à 40%. La robe est plutôt dorée et surprenante pour un rum de 4 mois. Le nez est porté sur la mélasse. Il tire sur le caramel, la vanille et les agrumes. En bouche, c'est du 40% et c'est très doux. On retrouve la mélasse et la vanille du nez mais surtout de l'orange. On dirait même une liqueur d'orange comme du Cointreau ! Il s'agit clairement d'un rum destiné au grand public et non aux puristes.
