Le nez est très frais et floral, une canne à sucre bien gourmande et quelques notes d’agrumes rendent ce nez très rond et prometteur. En bouche l’attaque est plutôt franche et réussie, les 55% sont parfaitement dosés. On retrouve les agrumes et notes florales du nez. Je regrette en milieu de bouche une note aigre d’amertumes un peu dérangeante mais qui s’estompe pour laisser place à une finale plutôt persistante et particulièrement douce. En conclusion, très beau nez, bouche en 3 temps : belle attaque – milieu de bouche un peu amer – finale douce et persistante.
