The nose is very fresh and floral, a really rich sugarcane and some citrus notes make this nose very round and promising. On the palate, the attack is quite straightforward and successful, the 55% is perfectly balanced. You find the citrus and floral notes from the nose. I regret a slightly disturbing sour bitterness in the middle of the palate, but it fades to give way to a rather persistent and particularly sweet finish. In conclusion, a very beautiful nose, palate in 3 stages: nice attack – slightly bitter mid-palate – sweet and persistent finish.
