On the nose, it feels like a rum of Spanish tradition. It's sweet, vanilla, round. On the palate, it's surprising because much drier, woody, agricole, on yellow fruit. After aeration, you find a tasty mix between nose and palate: a rum both dry and round, sweet, vanilla but also woody and spicy. Very nice rum. I really liked it.

This Agricole is rather dry. It needs its time in the glass to unfold. The nose is fruity with a slight alcoholic sharpness, coconut and vanilla join in. On the mouth dry, woody and fruity. Long finish with a slightly grassy note, licorice taste and tobacco. Can be drunk as an aperitif or digestive.

Pleasant and delicate on the nose with wood, tobacco, burnt sugar, white chocolate with caramel, and dates/fruit. On the palate it’s enveloping and at times pungent with sweet notes of dried fruit, a hint of wood, some peppery and other spices, tobacco, cognac, and in the finish some vegetal notes along with a distant charred note. Leaves a woody and dry aftertaste. In the empty glass, aged notes. Personally, I would have preferred a higher ABV, it would have had more expressiveness; also, I expected more aroma from this Alligator roast.
