Tasting at the festival Lemon Hart 151 proof, as I understand it should be old Demerara. Quality. The kind sailors would drink, so to speak :) Well! With all the love for Demerara. This was a bit too much. Full of impressions of licorice and burnt sugar. In my opinion, unpleasant. Maybe those around me knew the bottle and were really excited about it. A piece of history. But I wasn't that impressed. It felt sweetened and many laughed at that statement. There are some ripe fruits. Chocolate. But the alcohol is felt here. Hard to overcome the burnt sugar/licorice. Thanks for the privilege, but less so.
