J. Bally Millésime 2005
Oak leads the whole way here — a warm, woody nose with vanilla, cocoa, spice and a little dried fruit that's genuinely inviting. The catch is on the palate: at 43% several tasters find it thin and diluted, with the wood flattening the fruit the nose promised. A vintage 2005 Bally agricole that noses better than it drinks, but stays easy and pleasant.

Aggregated from 26 community reviews.
Woody agricole, great nose, thin palate Lovely woody, vanilla-cocoa nose that most people enjoy, but the palate turns thin and wood-dominated — many wish for a cask-strength version with more depth.

Review by TheRhumhoe

Alles in allem sehr lecker.

A great rum actually. Fruity from nose to finish, lightly dry and slight touch of wood. Price to quality is very good.
